Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company profile, truck and trailer numbers, loads, rates, expenses, invoices, settlements, and documents you choose to upload. Our payment provider processes billing and payment-method information; CarrierKeeper does not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to operate CarrierKeeper, save and sync your account, process your uploaded documents, send requested invoices, manage subscriptions, provide support, protect the service, and improve product reliability.

Your private business data

Your account records and uploaded documents are associated with your signed-in account. CarrierKeeper does not sell your personal information or trucking business data.

Storage and security

We use reasonable safeguards and limit document access to the account that uploaded it. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep their sign-in credentials private.

Your choices

You can download your CarrierKeeper data or permanently delete it from Settings. You may also contact us to request help with access or deletion.

Account communications

We may contact you about email verification, password resets, requested invoice delivery, your trial, subscription, account, support requests, and important service changes. You may ask us to stop nonessential messages.
